Significant changes to how seismic evaluations and retrofits will be carried out are just around the corner with the pending publication of the 2017 edition of ASCE/SEI 41 Seismic Evaluation and Retrofit of Existing Buildings. This webinar highlights the most significant updates to the provisions including specific discussions on revisions to the basic performance objective for existing buildings, revised Tier 1 and Tier 2 procedures, significant linear and nonlinear analysis provision changes, nonstructural provision changes, and changes to the criteria for steel and concrete columns.
