ASCE's Sustainable Infrastructure Certificate Program will provide you with the knowledge, tools, and techniques that you need to design, build, and manage sustainable projects and to take a leadership role in making our infrastructure sustainable.
Core Courses (Required)
- Engineering for a Sustainable Future (ESF15) (16 hours)
- Community Participation: Effective Stakeholder Involvement Throughout the Project Life-Cycle (CP14) (5 hours)
- Life-Cycle Assessment for Sustainability (LCAS17) (16 hours)
- Sustainable Project Management (ODSPM13) (8 hours)
Electives (Select One Course)
- Ecological Systems (ODES13) (5 hours)
- Sustainable Land Use (SLU14) (4 hours)
All courses are offered on-demand and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days week.
A maximum of one year from enrollment is allowed to complete the certificate program.
Assessment of Learning Outcomes
Achievement of the learning objectives will be assessed through a short post-test.
How to Earn your PDHs and Receive Your Certificate of Completion
To receive your certificate of completion, you will need to complete a short on-line post-test and receive a passing score of 70% or higher for each course in the package within 1 year of the purchase date.
