Purpose and Background

Current building codes require all buildings and structures to be designed and constructed to resist the applicable design wind loads. For the vast majority of the U.S., the design wind loads are determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of ASCE 7. This webinar is Part 3 of a 3 Part series addressing the significant changes in the wind load design procedures of the 2022 Edition of ASCE 7 Minimum Design Loads and Associated Criteria for Buildings and Other Structures.
