Purpose and Background
This webinar provides an overview of new state-of-the-art guidelines for the planning, design and development of small craft harbors. It is based on the recently published Third Addition of ASCE Manual 50 prepared by the Marinas 2020 Task Committee of the Coasts, Oceans, Ports, and Rivers Institute of ASCE and a full day ASCE course covering Marina Design. Much has changed in marina development and operations since the previous edition was published.
