Purpose and Background
Stormwater BMPs, stream restoration, ecological engineering and erosion control design have unique components that many contractors have yet to construct or price. These projects often seem fairly straight forward to the owner when compared to complex designs such as bridges and vertical infrastructure In many cases, a proposed design will have deviations from standards that are in place for a given state, or municipal government.
